WHERE DO WE SHIP OUR E-BIKES AND ACCESSORIES?
We only ship within the Netherlands.

HOW LONG WILL YOU RECEIVE THE PACKAGE AND HOW TO TRACK IT?
We will strive to deliver the goods by the specified delivery date, as indicated on each product page, or within 30 days after accepting your order if no date is specified. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an automated email with the tracking information.

WHAT IF YOU RECEIVE A WRONG PRODUCT?
If you receive damaged or defective product(s), or notice discrepancies in quantity or quality compared to the specifications in the relevant order confirmation or invoice, please take clear pictures of the issue and contact our customer service within 3 days of receiving the product(s). We will conduct an investigation and make every reasonable effort to assist you in resolving the problem.

WHAT IF THE PRODUCTS GET LOST DURING THE SHIPPING?
If the ordered product(s) fail to reach the provided address (when correctly provided) or are lost during the shipping process, we reserve the right to conduct a thorough investigation and search, which may take up to 30 days. During this period, we may withhold a full refund or opt to resend the same product(s). We will keep you informed of the investigation's progress and outcomes, enabling us to take appropriate and reasonable action.
